1998 – A Family Start

Camino Real began as a humble dream in 1998, when our founders—hardworking members of our family—started selling jewelry and Western wear locally in North Carolina. With a passion for quality and a commitment to their community, they quickly became known for their honesty, craftsmanship, and care.

2005 – Word Spreads

Over the years, their reputation grew. From simple jewelry sales, they became the trusted place for repairs, gifts, and authentic Mexican goods. What started as a small venture turned into something bigger—fueled by returning customers and word of mouth from families who appreciated the personal attention they received.

2017 – A Permanent Home in Selma

In 2017, the dream found a home. Our storefront opened in Selma, NC, becoming a local fixture and a place where generations now come for their quinceañera rings, cowboy boots, jewelry repairs, and Mexican imports. We proudly serve the growing community around us while holding onto the values we started with.

Today – Still Family Run

Today, Camino Real continues to grow—still family-run, still rooted in tradition. We design, repair, and source jewelry from Italy and Mexico, offer Western wear and boots for the whole family, and proudly support the traditions we were raised with.
